Waffles

3 ½ cup flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoons salt
4 eggs
2 ½ cups milk
¾ cup vegetable oil

Separate eggs and beat yolks until light and fluffy. Add, with milk and oil, to dry ingredients. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into batter. Makes 12-16 waffles.
